More about Malaria

Messina lies in a malaria endemic area but the incidence of malaria is extremely low.  In 20 years of hunting here, we have never had a single client become ill with malaria.

This is very different to Zimbabwe and Mozambique , where virulent and resistend malaria is found. Prophilaxis in the form of larium is however usually advised (weekly, from 1 week before till 4 weeks after you leave)
